 Edward Nalbandian diz que a Armênia segue a linha e o espírito dos protocolos. Edward Nalbandian: Armenia follows the letter and spirit of the protocols.
"Afirmação da Turquia, que a decisão do Tribunal Constitucional armênio contém pré-requisitos ou não está em conformidade com os protocolos é um absurdo", Disse o Ministro Edward Nalbandian em entrevista à imprensa hoje. Ministro Nalbandian assegurou que "Armênia segue a letra e o espírito dos protocolos, bem como o parecer do lado turco que a Armênia arrasta a ratificação dos protocolos está incorreta." "O Tribunal Constitucional anunciou a decisão muito cedo, embora pudesse esperar por um mês. Esperamos que o lado turco não dara desculpas artificiais a fim de não ratificar os protocolos. Eu não acho que a comunidade internacional vai entender as tentativas da Turquia para lançar o ónus sobre a Armênia, no caso de um fracasso ", disse o ministro. Que desenvolvimentos devem ser esperados na relações turco-armênio? Poderia haver um fracasso? "Claro, não é possível no caso continuam falando a língua de condições prévias e impedir o progresso.
